At Eurolink Finance we tailor make our mortgages to suite your financial requirements as closely as possible.
We provide interest only or interest and capital repayment mortgages* with an interest rate of between 7% and 9% depending on your personal circumstances. We also provide investment mortgages. These carry a fixed interest rate of between 7% and 9% per annum; the difference is the interest is only paid back to us on re-sale of your property or land investment.
Our repayment terms are up to 25 years with the option to have repayment holidays after the first 6 months of continuous monthly repayments.
We provide mortgages up to a maximum of 70% of the property valuation or a minimum of ˆ10,000. There is no maximum.
Our mortgage application system is very simple and takes a very short time to arrange and confirm.
The mortgage will be based on your net take home pay (Joint or single application). All existing liabilities, including any mortgage / rent payment and loans together with your mortgage payment must not exceed 40% of your net monthly income.
What we require from you:
- You must be at least 25 years of age.
- You must be in full time employment or be able to provide proof of regular income to us.
- Be able to provide copies of the last three months’ pay slips, a copy of you latest P60,
pension payment confirmation (if applicable), and copies of the last three months’ bank statements.
- An employer’s reference may also be requested.
